Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time
We process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on location:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)

Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – Rates calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping – Available for an additional fee

  • Free Shipping – On U.S. orders over $75

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
If your order contains pre-order or backordered items, your entire order will be shipped once all items are available. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.

Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
